Create a beautiful, share-worthy Valentine’s Day charcuterie board made for grazing and savouring together. This effortless spread features a delicious mix of cheeses, cured meats, and fresh fruits, perfect for an intimate celebration.
Ingredients
  • 6 slices prosciutto

  • ½ rockmelon, rind removed and cut into thin wedges

  • 8 slices Woolworths Jarlsberg cheese

  • ¾ cup Woolworths salted mixed nuts

  • 2 Woolworths sesame bagels, toasted and cut into wedges

  • ½ bunch small red radishes, trimmed and halved

  • 150g Woolworths Greek-style feta, cubed

  • 235g parmesan-stuffed green olives

  • 8 slices mild salami

  • 150g sliced leg ham

  • 200g red grapes

  • ½ bunch fresh basil, leaves picked

    Gently wrap each rockmelon wedge with a slice of prosciutto. Arrange the wrapped melon on a large serving platter.
