Get your churro fix without the fuss with these crispy cinnamon churro chips. Baked until golden and buttery, then dusted in sweet cinnamon sugar, they’re perfect for dipping into rich chocolate sauce and enjoying with fresh strawberries. An easy, share-able dessert ideal for Valentine’s Day, date nights, or a cosy treat at home.
Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut wraps into 2cm-wide strips, then cut each strip into 3cm pieces.

Brush the wrap pieces with melted butter and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon sugar. Arrange in a single layer on the prepared tray.

Bake for 7–9 minutes or until golden and crisp. Remove from oven and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar. Serve warm with chopped strawberries and chocolate sauce for dipping.
