This creamy, dreamy pasta is packed with flavors that might just sweep someone off their feet! Sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and zesty lemon combine with tender chicken and silky pasta for a dish so irresistible, it might inspire a proposal—or at least a second date. Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup Woolworths sun-dried tomato strips, 1 tbsp oil from jar reserved

  • 2 chicken breast fillets, cut into 2cm pieces

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 2 tsp plain flour

  • 385ml Woolworths evaporated milk

  • 1/4 tsp Woolworths dried Italian herbs

  • 300g Woolworths large pasta shells

  • 1/2 lemon, zested, juiced

  • 60g baby spinach leaves

  • 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan

    Heat the reserved oil in a large deep frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook, turning once, for 3 minutes or until lightly golden. Add garlic and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Stir in flour to coat the chicken and cook for 1 minute.

    Pour in milk, add tomato strips and herbs. Stir to combine. Simmer for 4 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly.

    Meanwhile, cook pasta according to packet instructions. Drain, reserving ½ cup cooking water.

    Remove pan from heat. Stir in lemon zest, juice, and reserved cooking water. Season to taste. Add pasta, spinach, and half of the parmesan. Toss gently until combined and spinach is slightly wilted. Divide among serving bowls and top with remaining parmesan. Serve immediately.
